The workbook hash makes a re-run safe. An identical completed import is reused, not duplicated.
Admin-only intake
Retain the source. Build only what can be evidenced.
Sheet2 creates the operational prospect source. Sheet1 is linked by normalized licence number but stored as restricted enrichment: its ICV, revenue, workforce and financial attributes are neither scored nor shown in regular account views.
Reconcile
Rows, licence groups and fit cohort counts are calculated from the actual file and warnings appear if its snapshot changes.
Provenance first
Every retained row records file, sheet, row, mapping version and import batch. Nothing is silently merged by company name.
Control
No sends are connected. Campaigns create reviewed briefs and manual task drafts only; Hermes cannot change an account, merge records or contact anyone.
